With over 20 years of military and executive experience, Jon Hyman is a dynamic global leader focused on developing strategies that deliver results. After graduating from West Point and serving over two decades across active and reserve Army duty, Jon leveraged his leadership skills to drive growth in the private sector. 

Early in his civilian career, Jon pioneered game-changing technologies and exited three successful companies: Softspikes (70 + in global patents), Sportgrass ($8M revenue in 12 months), and CeraTech (first carbon-neutral cement approved internationally in 150 years). His innovations landed him features in national media. 

In 2016, Jon turned around distressed Greenfield North America in just one year by reengineering processes and reorganizing priorities. Since then, he’s secured $6B in structured financing for capital projects with investment banks. 

With an MBA from Columbia Southern, Jon builds business cultures that engage talent and promote teamwork. He has guest lectured at TCU, served on Boards, and continues to pursue professional development as a lifelong learner. 

Jon’s proudest roles are husband and father/coach. In another life, he would have been a basketball coach. His early exposure to diverse cultures and decades of service cultivated his character and shaped his leadership style. Jon focuses on the big picture while identifying key drivers to turn ideas into market-ready solutions.
